Persimmon Homes is seeking local feedback on the issues that should influence their proposals for Land east of Canvey Road, Canvey Island. Persimmon is looking to provide up to 300 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing, with a new roundabout access point on Canvey Road (A130).

How to have your say

To ensure as many people can participate as possible, we are undertaking both a virtual and physical public consultation on the emerging proposals influencing the masterplan.

Persimmon’s consultation will run from 25 November 2022 – 9 December 2022 and will be primarily hosted via this website. You may view our proposals at our Virtual Exhibition and provide feedback through our Have your say page.
